The programme is quite applicable in many respects, because it kind of acts as an eye opener even to the people who don’t deal with issues of development, because even from the side of people who deal mostly with legislation, they are able to recommend to relevant departments as to how this co-relates, that one can’t happen in the absence of the other. This brings to the point of appreciation that elected representatives as legislators can’t operate in the absence of the government officials as implementers.INFORMATION
