Hon'ble David Caygill
Hon. David Caygill is the former New Zealand Minister of Finance, Trade & Industry. A renowned lawyer by profession, Hon'ble Caygill is one of the main resource persons of CBN International in New Zealand.
Prof. Percy Allan
Prof. Percy Allan is a former Secretary to the NSW Treasury and a recipient of the prestigious award of the Order of Australia for his contribution to public sector financial reform in NSW. Prof. Allan is one of the main resource persons for CBN International in Australia.
Maria T Palandy
Ms. Maria T Palandy is the in charge of planning and management of CBN International events. In the field of research and publication, she has to her credit a number of research papers.
Dr. Sohayl Mohajer
Dr. Sohayl Mohajer is the Asst. Director of Foundation for the Advancement of Science, Lucknow, India. Dr. Mohajer is the author of many books including manuals for administrators and managers. His area of interest include leadership, management moral capabilities and performance.
Mr. Alan E. Wilcox
Mr. Alan E. Wilcox was the Chief Executive of New Zealand Transport Safety Authority. He has held executive management positions in local and regional governments, and planning positions in the New Zealand Ministry of Works and various City councils. Mr. Wilcox is well acquainted with New Zealand Public Sector Management and Reform.
Mr. Victor Greenspoon
CBN international is sad to announce the passing of one its resource persons Mr. Victor Greenspoon. He was bases in Thailand and was the CBN international Training Coordinator with extensive in contribution international capacity building programmes. His valuable contribution to the course will be sadly missed.
Mr. Reungvith Vechasart
Mr. Reungvith Vechasart is a Senior Specialist (Organization Development) and one of the main resource persons of CBN International in Thailand.
Peter Murphy
Prof. Peter Murphy, is one of CBN International’s resource persons in Australia. His interests include housing affordability, environmental management, infrastructure and governance in Australia. Prof. Murphy has a number of publications to his credit.
Dr. Ravikant Joshi
Dr. Ravikant Joshi is a fiscal and financial management specialist. One of the main resource persons of CBN International, Dr. Joshi has over 20 years of practical experience in local government accounting and financial management.
Dr. Manchun Wang
Dr. Manchun Wang is a Professor in the Department of Public Administration and Policy at China National School of Administration, Beijing. With extensive experience in training, research and publication, Prof. Wang is one of the main resource persons of CBN International in China.
Dr. Jamal Abdullah
Dr. Jamal Abdullah is the main resource person and overall coordinator of CBN International programmes in Malaysia for the last 10 years. Dr. Abdullah is an Associate Professor in the Department of Urban and Regional Planning, Faculty of Architecture, Planning & Surveying, Universiti Teknologi MARA.
Lalit Pande
Mr. Lalit Pande is the Manager of Administration and Coordination at CBN International. His experience includes international coordination of workshops and assistance in the development of training material.
