THE MANAGING DIRECTOR
Dr. Behnam Ta'i is currently the Managing Director of CBN International. A former senior staff of the United Nations (UN – Habitat) and Visiting Professor to the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Dr. Ta'i is a noted advisor to leading organizations and government agencies around the world in the areas of leadership, planning and management in the context of capacity building and HRD. His expertise is highlighted by his long, successful career in the fields of both theory and practice; years of academic experience in the University of Moratuwa Sri Lanka, the University of New South Wales, Australia, CEO of various development programmes, senior staff of The United Nations and Director of Australian Habitat Studies.
Whether presenting to business leaders or government officials, Dr. Ta’i presents his ideas with one principal concept in mind; provide leadership that encourages efficiency and effectiveness in delivery of services within the framework of value and sustainable growth.
